The OBC sets out requirements for building materials, design, construction methods, and safety features to ensure structural integrity, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, accessibility, and environmental sustainability.

Key Aspects of the OBC:

Ontario Building Code has specific requirements for glass railings that ensure safety, durability, and compliance with structural standards applying to both residential and commercial buildings.

Key OBC Requirements for Glass Railings
