RF Transparent

At RF Transparent, we work with trusted third party freight carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Due to the nature of freight shipping and external factors beyond our control, the following shipping terms apply.

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

All orders are shipped using third party carriers selected by RF Transparent.
Carrier selection, routing, and delivery scheduling are determined by availability, destination, and product type.

Once an order has been shipped, RF Transparent is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery windows, or transit interruptions.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

All shipping timelines provided at checkout, by email, or by our sales team are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Port congestion or customs delays

  • Carrier operational issues

  • Labor strikes

  • Global or regional events

  • Mechanical breakdowns

  • Acts of God

RF Transparent does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for losses, costs, or damages resulting from shipping delays.

3. Risk of Delay and Transit Responsibility

Once an order is released to the carrier, transit time and delivery performance are the responsibility of the carrier.

RF Transparent is not responsible for:

  • Carrier service failures

  • Transit delays

  • Re scheduled deliveries

  • Storage fees charged by carriers

  • Delivery appointments missed due to customer unavailability

4. Damaged or Broken Shipments

All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If glass or hardware arrives damaged or broken during transit, RF Transparent will reship the affected items at no additional cost, provided that:

  • The damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging are provided

  • The original packaging is retained for inspection or carrier claims

Refunds will not be issued for damaged or broken shipments. Replacement products will be shipped instead.

5. No Refunds for Shipping Issues

RF Transparent does not offer refunds for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier service failures

  • Transit damage

  • Missed delivery dates

All eligible damage claims will be resolved by replacement shipment only.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a shipment is returned, delayed, or re routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or customer unavailability, all additional shipping, storage, or re delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
