Return and Refund Policy

RF Transparent

At RF Transparent, all products are inspected prior to dispatch. Due to the nature of glass and custom hardware, the following conditions apply.

1. Glass Products (Final Sale)

All glass products are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

Condition upon pickup
All glass is guaranteed to be free of defects at the time of pickup. Customers must inspect all glass before it leaves the warehouse.
Once the glass leaves our facility, RF Transparent is not responsible for:

  • Damage during customer-arranged transportation
  • Damage during handling or installation

Condition upon delivery (RF Transparent shipment)
If RF Transparent arranges shipping, any damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

To qualify for replacement:

  • Clear photos of the damaged glass and packaging must be provided
  • Original packaging must be retained
  • Order number must be included

If approved, replacement glass panels will be shipped at no additional cost.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Failure to report damage within 72 hours will be interpreted as acceptance of the shipment in good condition.


2. Hardware Products

Hardware items may be returned for store credit only under the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All parts, components, and accessories are included

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns are subject to inspection. If approved, store credit will be issued for the product value, excluding shipping.


3. Refund Policy

RF Transparent does not issue refunds.

All approved returns are eligible for store credit only, which:

  • Has no cash value
  • Is non-transferable
  • Can only be used for future purchases

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing, production, or shipping has begun.

Glass orders are final immediately upon confirmation.
