These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RF Transparent website and the purchase of products from RF Transparent. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our website or purchase our products.

RF Transparent supplies glass railing panels and related hardware.
Due to the nature of glass products, minor variations in dimensions, thickness, tint, and appearance may occur and do not constitute a defect.
All product descriptions, photos, and specifications are provided for reference only and may be updated without notice.
All orders placed with RF Transparent are subject to acceptance and availability.
RF Transparent reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraud.
Orders become final once confirmed.
All glass products are final sale immediately upon order confirmation.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full prior to production, processing, or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
RF Transparent reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order for non payment, chargeback activity, or payment disputes.
All orders are shipped using third party freight carriers selected by RF Transparent.
Delivery dates and transit times provided at checkout, by email, or by our sales team are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
RF Transparent is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, labor strikes, global or regional events, mechanical breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order is released to the carrier, transit time and delivery performance are the responsibility of the carrier.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is released to the carrier.

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If glass or hardware arrives damaged or broken during transit, RF Transparent will reship the affected items at no additional cost, provided that:
The damage is reported within 72 hours of delivery
Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging are provided
The original packaging is retained for inspection or carrier claims
Refunds will not be issued for damaged or broken shipments. Replacement products will be shipped instead.
All glass products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Unused and uninstalled hardware may be returned for store credit only, subject to approval and compliance with our Return and Refund Policy.
RF Transparent does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All approved returns are eligible for store credit only.
Store credit:
Has no cash value
Is non transferable
May only be applied to future purchases with RF Transparent

Orders cannot be cancelled once production, processing, or shipping has begun.
Glass orders are final sale immediately upon order confirmation and cannot be cancelled for any reason.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate shipping and contact information
Verifying product specifications, quantities, and measurements prior to ordering
Ensuring site readiness for delivery
Being available to receive freight shipments
Inspecting shipments upon delivery
Additional shipping, storage, re delivery, or return freight fees resulting from incorrect information, refusal of delivery, or missed delivery appointments are the responsibility of the customer.
RF Transparent is not responsible for installation services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for proper installation in accordance with local building codes and safety requirements.
RF Transparent is not liable for damages, failures, or injuries resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow installation guidelines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RF Transparent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, project delays, business interruption, or installation delays.
RF Transparent’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RF Transparent from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:
Your use or misuse of RF Transparent products
Improper installation or handling
Violation of these Terms of Service
Violation of applicable laws or building codes
RF Transparent shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God
War, terrorism, or civil unrest
Labor strikes or lockouts
Port congestion or customs delays
Pandemics or public health emergencies
Natural disasters
Government actions or regulations
Carrier service failures
Mechanical breakdowns
Global or regional events
In such cases, delivery timelines shall be extended accordingly, and RF Transparent shall not be responsible for any resulting damages, losses, or costs.
By placing an order with RF Transparent, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for issues related to:
Shipping delays
Carrier service failures
Transit damage resolved by replacement shipment
Final sale glass products
Store credit issued in accordance with our policies
Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated in violation of these Terms shall be considered a material breach of contract.
RF Transparent reserves the right to:
Contest all chargebacks and disputes
Suspend or terminate customer accounts
Recover any fees, losses, or administrative costs incurred as a result of chargebacks
All website content, logos, product photos, technical drawings, and marketing materials are the property of RF Transparent and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
RF Transparent reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to that order.
By placing an order with RF Transparent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, the Shipping Policy, and the Return and Refund Policy.
